Bottle cap is one of the main container accessories in cosmetic packaging materials. Its combination with plastic bottles, glass bottles, hoses and other containers has led to the emergence of bottle cap mold manufacturers, which effectively protect the safety of contents and the application experience of consumers. Bottle caps can be divided into ABS caps, PP caps, acrylic caps, aluminum caps, aluminum-plastic composite caps, etc. according to materials, electroplating caps, injection molded caps, butterfly caps, Qianqiu caps, screw caps, etc. according to product design and structural applications.
1、 Appearance quality requirements
1. The shape of the bottle cap is complete, full, and without obvious dents.
2. The surface is smooth and clean, with no obvious burrs on the cover, no scratches on the coating, and no obvious shrinkage.
3. Uniform color, distinct color tone, bright and firm, without direct color exposure, soft and smooth color mixing, natural friction and wiping with solvents (such as water and agents) will not fade.
4. The pattern and text are clear and complete, the font is standardized and upright, and the deviation of the center of the printed pattern on the top surface from the center of the outer diameter of the bottle cap is not more than 1mm.
5. The surface of the component is clean, intact, and free of obvious burrs, burrs, warping, and impurities.
6. There is no significant color difference compared to the signed sample.
7. The pad is flat and free from natural detachment. The radial gap of the pad is ≤ 0.6mm.
2、 Structural requirements
1. The appearance dimensions shall be executed according to the design drawings or technical contract requirements of the new product development.
2. The material should be consistent with the standard sample.
3. For products with electroplated or sprayed surfaces, adhesion testing is required:
1) 3M tape: Apply oil gloss/hot stamping/printing test area twice, quickly peel off at a 45-90 ° angle, and observe the detachment phenomenon.
2) Hundred grid test: Use a blade to draw a grid on the electroplated surface, then stick it on with 3M tape and pull it quickly twice. It is not allowed for more than 5% of the coating to fall off in the grid.
3、 Assembly and fitting requirements:
1. The bottle and cap should be properly matched, without causing significant swelling or deformation of the cap, and without causing significant looseness of the cap.
2. With normal force, the lid cannot be removed from the bottle.
3. The liner and inner stopper of the bottle cap should have sufficient toughness and good sealing. After the bottle and cap are assembled, the liner and inner stopper should be tightly attached to the bottle mouth without leakage.
4. The assembled bottle cap should meet the design requirements at all joints.
5. When opening, the opening torque should comply with the company's standards, and the designated parts should be effectively damaged. The identification should meet the design requirements
6. Lifting cover (small core, folding cover): The small core has no perforation, deformation, or breakage, and the upper and lower covers fit smoothly in place, with accurate alignment during normal folding.
4、 Sealing performance requirements
1. Fill the contents of the bottle that matches the bottle cap to the standard capacity, seal the bottle cap, and place it horizontally or upside down for 60 minutes without any leakage or seepage.
2. Enter the vacuum electric drying oven for sealed testing, with no leakage or seepage.
3. After assembling the bottle cap, shake it back and forth about 45 degrees 6 times and lightly tap the bottom of the bottle 3-5 times with your hand without any leakage or seepage.
5、 Hygiene requirements
1. The finished product cover should not adhere to impurities such as black slag, plastic burrs, dust, etc.
2. The materials used for bottle caps shall be non-toxic, odorless and insoluble in water, lotion and other contents.
