Quality Concept

Concepts guide people's behavior, and the company focuses on constantly updating the quality concepts of team members in the management process, thereby achieving quality control in multiple work processes. At Hank, it is well known that quality is the foundation of survival and development, and managers have a high standard of quality philosophy.


Quality Standard

All work must be carried out in practice in accordance with quality standards, and molds must be designed and manufactured according to these quality standards. Quality standards include plastic mold design standards, plastic mold processing standards, plastic mold installation standards, plastic mold inspection standards, and so on. Under the strong execution ability of the team, quality standards have penetrated into the work of every employee.


Quality Control

Having its own comprehensive production and management system, with quality monitoring in every production process. We make every effort to prevent mistakes from happening and curb the expansion of existing ones. Its scope is: from the design structure of plastic products to the feasibility of mold structure design, from the procurement of mold raw materials to raw material testing, from the selection of raw material processing technology to the inspection of part quality, from part assembly to overall mold inspection, and so on, related to the manufacturing process of molds. Each step is accompanied by corresponding charts, and every step is ensured to have zero defects as much as possible, ultimately ensuring the superior quality of mold delivery.


Design Testing

We will conduct a comprehensive analysis and inspection of any product design provided by a company or customer, such as plastic molding processes, plastic mold structure operation, and the possibility of matching related components. These can effectively avoid mold repair work and costs caused by product design defects. We believe that spending an extra 10 minutes on product design can save a month in mold production. Through accurate analysis of mold design, processing steps, and the application of plastic mold structure, we provide customers with the most perfect solution. Mold testing involves many aspects, such as mold strength, mold flow analysis, mold injection molding, cooling system, guidance system, specifications of various components, selection of customer machines, and customer specific mold requirements, etc. All of these must be tested according to mold design standards.


Procurement of steel material testing

There is a strict testing process and time control for the procurement of spare parts, standardization of components, accuracy of dimensions, hardness and material flow testing of steel materials, and so on.


Process Quality Control

Strictly control the size, inspect each component according to the mold design after processing, and control the tolerance. Each component can only proceed to the next processing after meeting the standards. Before CNC milling, all programs must be strictly proofread. After completion, we will use a coordinate measuring instrument to test the accuracy of each component. We have a lot of testing: training in professional processing techniques and machine maintenance; Self inspection of processed workpieces and acceptance by the quality department; Reasonable overtime system and tooling control system.


Installation Quality Inspection

Conduct a complete inspection of plastic molds to ensure the continuity of the mold structure and the standardization of the components. Both project managers and quality inspectors should inspect plastic molds according to company standards to ensure product quality. Once problems are identified, they can be corrected immediately and effectively prevent errors from occurring. In addition, we continuously conduct independent inspections on the cooling system, hydraulic oil passage system, and hot runner system of plastic molds. The quality inspection department shall submit the inspection report within 24 hours after the mold inspection. The report should include product dimensions, appearance, injection parameters, and physical parameters. We use different inspection standards and tools for different products. In the testing room, the quality inspection department inspects high-pressure injection molding machines, high-speed injection molding machines, automatic operating devices, etc., and then provides modification suggestions for defective products. We have accumulated rich experience in the field of plastic molds, laying the foundation for providing better solutions to customers. With the continuous upgrading of testing equipment, our product inspection has become increasingly professional and reliable.


Mold Testing

To a certain extent, our testing of molds is only to identify problems with the molds rather than to solve them. So, the testing of molds is divided into multiple steps, including idle operation, high-pressure holding, high-speed injection, and related long-term mold operation inspection.


Pre Shipment Inspection

According to the order documents, customer requirements, and company standards, we will conduct strict acceptance testing on the molds. These order documents, along with other testing reports, must be archived before the molds are shipped.


Project Processing Department

Technicians in the processing department should review the drawings before carrying out mold processing to ensure that the molds can be shipped in the shortest possible time, which not only shortens the production cycle but also solves the problem of raw material waste.


Project Progress Department

The employees of the process department must track the progress of mold processing every day, take photos and archive each processing step of the mold, and then create a report in the form of a report to provide the mold process report to the sales department.

The company has its own technical and cultural training, and invests a large amount of research and development funds every year to achieve fruitful results in the research and development field. To improve the continuity of order management, regular training is provided to the sales department, project department, production department, and quality inspection department.
