Firstly, the preform (embryo) is illuminated by an infrared high-temperature lamp, and the preform (embryo) body is heated to soften. In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the preform (embryo) mouth generally does not need to be heated, and therefore requires certain cooling equipment for cooling operation.


If the bottle is blown into shape, this stage is to place the preheated bottle blank (embryo) into the already made blowing mold, inflate it with high pressure, and blow and pull the bottle blank (embryo) into the desired bottle.


Beverage companies have two urgent needs for bottle blowing equipment. One is that due to the continuous rise in plastic raw material prices, beverage companies need to consider how to reduce packaging costs to maximize profits. Closed loop technology refers to the process of integrating the process parameters verified by the wiring into the process control system of the stretch blow molding machine, forming a closed, automatic control and automatic adjustment combined production cycle. The intelligent machine control technology aims to improve the quality assurance system of the bottle blowing machine. Through the use of the AgrPETWallplus monitoring system, various data such as bottle wall thickness of the preform are monitored and compared.


During work, data that deviates from the system's rated value will be immediately identified, and this information will be promptly transmitted to the control system of the preform heating unit of the blow molding machine. The control system will quickly reflect and independently control the rated values of each heating lamp in the heating furnace. Therefore, even if the data of each bottle is different and the initially set process parameters remain unchanged, the quality of the bottles produced by the preform mold manufacturer is still stable and reliable.
