Quality Control
Hanke, as a high-quality mold company, has a strong management and quality inspection team. From the 3D drawing of molds to the first trial of molds, there are very strict analyses and quality controls.
3D Design Analysis
Upon receiving the customer's product design, the project manager will immediately convene all relevant technical personnel to analyze its advantages, disadvantages, and possible problems encountered during processing, such as demolding slope, strength, plastic filling, deformation, wall thickness, skin texture, etc. After these discussions are concluded, flow analysis will be conducted immediately. If any problems arise, the customer will be contacted immediately and solutions or suggestions will be provided.
New Model Conference
After the mold design is completed, the design review department reviews the design, including mold structure inspection, mold action and guidance system inspection, mold injection system inspection, mold cooling system inspection, mold ejection system inspection, and mold vulnerable parts inspection. All relevant personnel will participate in the new mold design technology meeting, presenting all technical points, such as the use of steel materials for mold components, the basic structure of the mold, plastic materials and melt index, customer special requirements, injection molding machine parameters, and processing steps for components. After the design of the mold is confirmed by the customer, high-quality testing instruments are used to sample and test the steel material to ensure that there are no cracks or impurities, and the steel hardness tester can measure whether the hardness of the steel material is qualified or consistent.

Mold Processing
In the process of mold processing, basic quality control is also carried out on the steel material. Mold processing is divided into three steps:
① Rough machining;
② Perform semi precision machining on some precision molds;
③ High speed milling precision machining.
Quality Control
The company has three coordinate measuring instruments and projection measuring instruments that can measure the dimensions of the mold cavity, core, and other components. After mold processing, the three coordinate measuring instruments and other dimension measuring equipment are used to control the dimensions. Qualified ones will be sent to the assembly workshop, otherwise the mold will be reprocessed. Before the first trial mold, quality inspectors and project managers will conduct quality control on the mold assembly. The mold will be disassembled and opened for inspection by the quality inspection department according to the trial mold standards. If it is not qualified, the trial mold will not be allowed. We have specialized machines for mold testing, and our testing team has extensive testing experience. Their responsibility is to identify the shortcomings of the mold and provide solutions. Afterwards, the mold will be repaired and a long period of simulated production will be conducted before shipment. Important materials such as mold design, drawings, various inspection records, work logs, inspection reports, trial mold videos, and mold operation manuals will be regularly sent to customers during mold processing.
