In the vast majority of cases, after running for a heating period, the mold waterway will deposit 1-1.5mm thick water rust, and the temperature inside the waterway will also decrease by 3-6 degrees. Areas with poor water quality will be more severe. If enterprises do not pay attention to the problem of scale and do not clean the pipelines for a long time, it will lead to slower flow rate, reduced water flow rate, and a significant decrease in mold temperature; Even more serious is that some can cause waterway blockages that cannot be cleared, resulting in irreversible failure of the mold's waterway operation. Therefore, the mold waterway generally needs to be cleaned once every six months to ensure the normal operation of the mold waterway system.
